Connection in Relationships

Guided by Tantric Practitioner and Somatic Intimacy Coaches Josephina Lauer & Reina Ludwick, this 3-hour workshop offers a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded souls in a safe, supportive group setting.

Some of the topics and experiences we will be exploring in this 3 hour in person workshop are;

Somatic Communication: Open and honest dialogue, where both parties can learn to feel comfortable expressing themselves and actively listen to each others needs.

Physical intimacy: This can involve physical touch like hugs, holding hands, but also a sense of closeness and comfort in each other's presence.

Empathy: Understanding and sharing the feelings of another person, putting yourself in their shoes.

Boundaries: Learning we have the right to set boundaries that protect our well-being. Experientially get to practice holding your own boundaries. Recognizing boundaries are a crucial part of building healthy and fulfilling relationships.
